The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has reviewed the AEO programme in the background of reported difficulties being faced by the AEO-T1 entities in the renewal of their certification, especially during the ongoing pandemic.
Thus, it has been decided by CBIC to doaway with the expiry/r
CBIC does away with expiry/renewal of Authorised Economic Operator certification after every three years for AEO-T1 entities
