In a move aimed at enhancing trade facilitation and reducing logistics costs, the Ministry of Finance, through the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), has notified a significant amendment to the Goods Imported (Conditions of Transshipment) Regulations, 1995.
